Is Anyone else getting an odd reticle glitch?

I'm getting bug or glitch to where if I use any ACOG like scope the cross hairs on it seem to phase in and out of existence. Atleast on certain maps it happens, other maps it doesn't happen.

Yep, I have quite a few reticle that are buggered up and do that. It seems like its 2 or 3 maps.

I managed to get thermo optic, when someone uses the counter plane, where it makes map fuzzy, it will go crystal clear.
