Unstable Game

We get yet another update. More stuff in the store to buy. Yet the game is so unstable I can not play it. I paid a lot of money to play zombies bought skins and bundles. Nothing works right. I can't save the camo I spent my time grinding because it says invalid. The server connections are always shotty. Packet burst and rubberbanding is constant. I fell thru the earth and I watch streamers fall thru the earth. There are ridiculous cool downs on the items for Zombies 48 hours 3 days why? Its a PVE game. I wait 3 days just to equip the items just to get kicked from the game. I been kicked 6 times in a day today before and after the update. I put in tickets I follower their process to stop it. I keep my stuff updated to to figure its not on my end. I watch streamers get kicked daily. The Containment wallet is so broken I do not know why it was even introduced. Play a game of zombies and watch to containment level decrease on exfil with out getting downed, go into Dark Aether and you lose your containment levels by tiers. You put out a new event and I can't even gain the exp required for the event because the game crashes or closes with out warning and I loose all my stuff constantly. MW3 Zombies isn't fun. It's a chore to play, because you have to constantly re-kit your operators and go into a game with nothing. The Majority of streamers on Kick, Twitch, TikTok, You tube have to cheat / tombstone glitch or dupe items so they can actually play to stream. Wasn't this game Beta tested? Alpha Tested? Any Quality Control system in place at all? How do you put out such a low Quality broken game and not fix the issues offer no real support but send them the same pregenerated mass form emails which always suggest its the User's fault it's on their end. When really it's bad coding and poor equipment set up. Just keep taking the money and ignore the problems. The upper echelon in the corporate offices have to be aware of the issues. You as a Company should be ashamed turning out such a crappy product.

I have had similar issue but this week I had my third crash. It’s becoming very frustrating when the game suddenly freezes and we are penalised for game crashes that are clearly not our fault. If something like this happens we should have the opportunity to recover our valuables
