    FPS Cap 30FPS/GPU Usage at 99%

    So in MENU (only the menu) I have a FPS cap at 30FPS & 99% GPU usage. This is only an issue in the Menu. During gameplay everything is fine capped at 143.997 frames (Monitors refresh rate) I have tried; Maxing FPS menu options, lowering to 60FPS Max, All different display options (Fullscreen...
