    I found the issue but still can not rectify it. It has to do when I go into the "Store" menu and check out the weapons for sale. That's where I get the Fatal Error followed by the crash.

    Guess so. On a positive note, I finally found out why I kept on seeing that I had a charm, SMG, and watch that I couldn't find. I went into the Battle Royale Warzone menu and found that it was all there. I don't understand why I had to go to that menu instead of finding it in the regular menu.
