    The contracts you need to kill the guy its says to (yellow marker on map), the other things you do will give you weapons after each box or control that place. get money buy load outs with your favorite weapon masks etc to help you win.

    i would go into general tab by the bottom in game turn on all your options as in GPU heat CPU heat packet loss . see what it is doing, if nothing there weird going on i would make sure you have latest graphics driver, whats your pc specs etc.

    well stop coming to the forums to cry about a game you dont like, maybe reset to factory settings on your console or PC whatever your using. yes there are cheaters on pc nothing new, if your on console turn the dam crossplay off then.

    i would make sure your running in FULL SCREEN not border window ANYTHING just plain full screen in graphics option in the game at top render resolution slider also will affect performance, i would leave it on auto, unless its higher than 1920x1080 if so change it to this.

    Im curious of what resolution you have it on in game automatic or you pull the slider over to a certain one, because i have same setup but with a 1660Ti on ultra settings and always got 80+ fps, Have toy tried to reset the Graphics Tab see what it does. is there a new driver out?
