    7800x3d running up in the 90,s % utilization while in game i saw a video on youtube to make a user.cfg file with this in and put it in steam/steamapps/common/bfg. it worked in beta and really lowered the cpu utilization% but now it does not. does anybody have any info on this...

    well i made it. lots of damage but my area came out ok and got power back yesterday. im 60 and lived in tampa my whole life and this was the closest and it was packing some wind and alot of rain.
