asus b550 f gaming dram issue

im getting a yellow led on motherboard maybe once a week and pc locks up, upon restart it boots fine. i have no dram trouble shooting experience to figure it out. i have removed and reinstalled and sticks are secure.

im running 4 8 gig sticks of gskill neo trident rgb 3600 and running at 3200mhz.

did notice in bios the tpm was disabled. i had it enabled for windows 11 i cant remember the details of that. i just switched cases and it was disabled again so i enabled it. so now its tpm 2.0 so dont know if that was affecting anything or not. and there is an asus bios update so maybe i should do that.
