bo2 zombie signal issue

is anyone having signal issues on bo2 zombie mode ? it goes from 4 green to 1 red and back and forth if i host its 4 green if im not the host it goes to 1 red and is unplayable ive played zombies every night for 2 and a half years never had a problem till last few weeks please help ive tried everything thanks for any help

It sounds like Activision is phasing out Black Ops 2 servers in exchange for the upcoming BO3 beta servers.

I mean, it sounds like Activision doesn't care about BO2 servers, anymore. I think those servers are probably being moved around.
