Black Ops 3/ Iron Wolf Perk Wishlist 2.0

PICK 13 SYSTEM IN EFFECT
(the wildcard "Professional" must be used in order to use pro perks)

**TIER 1**
Marathon-Sprint longer distances
Marathon Pro- Unlimited Sprint

Lightweight- Move 15% faster
Lighteweight Pro- No Fall Damage

Ghost- Immune to normal UAV while moving. (not immune to advanced UAV or SR71)
Ghost Pro- Immune to normal UAV indefinitely,(not immune to advanced UAV while moving, still not immune to SR71 )

Flak Jacket-Take 80% Less Damage from Explosives
Flak Jacket Pro- Take 80% less damage from enemy flashbangs and concussion grenades. Reveals position of a flashed or stunned enemy.

Hardline-Scorestreak bonus of 100 points or more depending on activity. (Kills, assists, plants, defuses, flag captures etc.)
Hardline Pro- Every 2 assists adds toward scorestreak bonus.

Strong Arm- Throw equipment farther, decrease the cook time of grenades, and reset fuses of thrown back frags.
Strong Arm Pro -Faster Melee

**TIER 2**
Cold Blooded-No Red Name or Crosshair when targeted by enemies. Immune to thermal and tracker sights
Cold Blooded Pro- Immune to Motion sensors, Heartbeat Sensors, and player controlled Scorestreaks.

Blind Eye-Immune to Enemy A.I. scorestreaks
Blind Eye Pro- Immune to Counter UAV, EMPs and EMP grenades.

Scavenger- Start with extra Mags + Replenish ammo from downed enemies (gun kills only)
Scavenger Pro- Replenish Explosives from downed enemies (gun kills only)

Fast Hands- Faster weapon Swap
Fast Hands Pro- Reload and use equipment Faster

Recon- Explosive damage paint enemies on mini map
Recon Pro- Bullet damage paint enemies on mini map

I.C.U- Regenerate health faster
I.C.U Pro- Take 80% Less damage from Nova gas, CBR, and fire based attacks. (Napalm Strike/ Flamethrowers)

**TIER 3**
Ninja- Silent Footsteps and no enemy death icon from downed enemies.
Ninja Pro- Go completely Silent and silence Teammate footsteps as well (Only from user's perspective)


Sitrep- Detect and display enemy equipment
Sitrep Pro- Silenced weapons show on mini map

OverKill- Carry 1 extra primary weapon
OverKill Pro- Carry 1 extra Lethal and Tactical equipment

Ping- Downed enemies display ping of nearby enemies on mini map.
Ping Pro- Faster ping from downed enemies as well as enemy direction on mini map

On The Go- Reload while sprinting
On the Go Pro- Shoot while Sprinting

Stalker- 100% movement while aiming down sight
Stalker Pro- Delay Enemy explosives and immune to enemy caltrops

**TIER 4**
(This tier will become available as a hidden bonus once the player reaches Max Prestige. The "Elite" wildcard will need to be equipped in order to use these perks and they take up 2 slots in the pick 13 system)
Stopping Power- Increased Damage (to unlock you must have unlocked the silver, gold, and diamond camo in any 2 weapon categories and be max level prestige)
Juggernaut- Increased Health (to unlock you must have stopping power unlocked first and survive any game mode using 3 ballistic vests in a row.)
 
Great list, but I think there are a couple issues.

Tier 4 perks shouldn't take up two slots, and how much extra damage and extra health do they actually give you? (in percentage) Ghost and Ghost Pro seem a bit weak. You should have Ghost make you immune completely to normal UAVs, and have Ghost Pro make you immune completely to all UAVs.

Other than that, excellent.
 
IM totally down with your ghosts suggestion! the juggernaut and stopping power would be just like they were in COD4. so im assuming 1-2 extra bullets to kill for juggs and 1-2 less bullets for a kill for SP...

how many slots do you think the tier 4 perks should take up?
