Can I run COD 5?

Hello, I'm just asking if I can run COD, and no I am not dumb for asking this.

My system specs are
2007 Intel Pentium E2140 (Dual CPU) @1.6GHz
2GB RAM
Video Card: Intel G41 Express Chipset 766MB

I run COD4 at almost 60 FPS at the lowest settings, My max graphics is only normal which runs at 30 FPS
