Can my PC handle it?

Ok so im no computer expert and am really interested in getting MW3 for pc so i was wondering if anyone could tell me if I could run MW3 on my PC?

The specs are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
RAM: 4gb
Windows 7 64 - bit Operating System
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

Its a 15" Dell Laptop..

Yes it should handle it just fine, but you will need to upgrade pretty soon.
