Can't pick up care package

Hi

Whenever I get a care package, I don't seem to be able to pick it up. I am playing on PC and using Mouse and Keyboard, and using the default binds - when I approach the care package I press F (interact) and I get the progress bar, but when the bar is at the end instead of opening the package it just brings up the pane where you select your loadout. I've tried changing interact do a different key, but it does exactly the same thing.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you are calling in a care package and not a loadout drop?

it sounds like you are calling a load out drop in

No worries I have run up to them and tried to steal those and went MEH ok free ammo refill..
