At Criminal Minds we like to follow a guideline of rules and requirements as we stride for excellence and professionalism within our team. Once you have filled out an application form, you will be contacted on Xbox for a try out. Once completed and approved you will then be put on a trial period being evaluated on how well you play, your manner towards others and your activity in chat & on xbox.
