How can people find players so fast??

I have hooked up with a team and then immediately after we exfil (or die ) I get a FRIENDS REQUEST...

How is that done?? How can ya find an ID on a team mate so quickly after a game???

Don't know if your playing PC or Console, but while playing you can go to menu hit your squad lobby (same if you want to mute someone in your team) and then invite them as friends.
