Help, can't set voice chat to "push to talk"?

This is my 4th fucking post since reddit auto removed all of my posts so I had to go here, for some reason the voice chat option is locked and I can't set it to push to talk, does anyone know why this is happening? It would really help if someone did because I had to wait 50 minutes to have some hope of getting help.

We're not going to remove your post. Reddit is full of garbage users, and mods. I understand being put off. I faced the same kind issues.
