Help with COD on PS5

Two of my grandchildren play COD on their ps5. I should say that one grandchild is from my daughter and the other grandchild is from my son. My grandchild from my daughter can't ger her COD to play on her computer. It tells her she has to buy it. We checked the playstation store and she is told that she has the game so we uninstalled it and then reinstalled it still won't play says need to buy it. She was here over the 4th and logged on to my ps5 and she got the same message here. My ps5 has me as the primary account holder so she went to my other ps5 that had share enabled and she could play. My other grandchild from my son had no problem playing on either one of my ps5 and no problem playing the game at my son's home. So can anyone help me and possibly tell me what the problem could be or what I need to do. We even tried to restore the license but that didn't help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The ps store won't let me buy it for her. Thanks for any help.
