Warzone Hi Res Texture Pack 2 will not install. XB1X

Texture pack too will not install. It will download but when you check in game it says not install. Been seeing this all over the Internet for over a week. Needs to be fixed. Won't install on Series x or Xbox One x.

The official forums were closed down sometime during Modern Warfare 2019, I think it was in the late Spring/Fall or early Summer of 2020.
