Just spotted this as I was about to shut down my PC to go out, I found this article but not had time to read through, I hope it helps you out.
I was always under the impression that you couldn't have Modern Warfare without Warzone, but I am aware of there being a way to disable some of the content from being installed as shown in your screen shot.
