DMZ I Have Figured Out The Problem...

I was going thru some videos and doing some research on DMZ and I think I finally figger'ed it out..

I am a casual gamer.,.,. I am up at usually around 0400 and I get into PLUNDER, play a few rounds, win some, lose some.. Have fun, then get ready to go to work.. Get home from work, play a few games, win some lose some have fun than go cook dinner for me and my lovely wife..

DMZ is *NOT* for casual gamers..

DMZ is a dedicated or hardcore gamer game. Requires planning and thought and execution.. Pretty much intense efforts that I am not willing to put just into a game..

With DMZ, it's not win some lose some.. It's lose some, lose some more and then lose so much you say "FRAK THIS!!" and pitch your monitor across the room..

TPTB need to give us casual gamers an outlet... There are a LOT of us casual gamers out there... Give us a game with normal loadout that doesn't have to be constantly re-set up. Give us the ability to use our tokens and choose our perks.. Give us the ability to parachute into an area of the map of OUR choosing.. And for god's sake, give us respawns so we don't spend 10 minutes getting everything set up and then die in the first 3 secs because the game spawned us right in the middle of a swarm of AIs...

3 more days and PLUNDER here I come!!!

With DMZ, if you exfil with a decent amount of good "plunder", it's a win for you. It's really only a loss if you die and lose everything.

But that's just it.. Yes, you get good shit if you exfil..

But the next time you play and you get killed you LOSE all that you gained with the previous exfil..

There is no way to win and keep your shit....

So many bugs tonight. Bots not dropping ammo. Social is not working as it should....

I was making an assault on the Police Academy,. As an aside, I didn't see Steve Guttenberg ANYWHERE.. (only old farts will get that.. )

Anyways, I came across a guy when I rounded the corner.. As I was blasting him (gods, it takes a lot to put those guys down!!) the AI faded back INTO the wall and I couldn't touch him..

Backed up around the corner to reload and then came back around and there he was, so I finished him off..

Activision, FIX THIS..

Between AIs floating a hundred meters in the air and AIs going in and out of walls, this is a pretty amateur effort.... :eyeroll:
