I tried every key combination, the botton right says keft button - right button. But I cannot get the sniper rifle, or anything else to come up. He can only stand there and watch him get tossed out of the window. I don't understand, I wasn't using Price up until this scene. So how could he not have the sniper rifle.
This doesn't make sense to me, and I searched all over, and every walk through and video show him using the sniper rifle.
FYI I am using the XBOX one.

FYI I am, of course using the controller. And I tried to open the back pack, reload, switch weapons, Left and Right Trigger, Left and Right button. Both at once. seperately. I tried to use some keyboard command, which shouldn't work when using the controller. I could switch to the keyboard instead of the controller for this issue/bug?
