idk if its the game or my ssd

I've been experiencing stutters, freezes, and crashes while playing bo6 and even on the main menu my ssd is at 60-100% and i was wondering if it was a game issue or a pc issue

cpu: ryen 5 5600x

gpu: evga rtx 3060 ti

motherboard: asus prime b550m-a wifi II

ram: teamgroup t-force vulcan z ddr4 16gb 3200 mhz

ssd silicone power 1tb m.2 nvme gen 3x4

specs shouldnt be a problem have you tried lowering graphics settings to lowest and see how it goes

Do you have other games that you play too? How are they running? Same issues?
