Local server searching issue

Hi all, i need some help. i got MWII for me and my wife. on my system if i search for a game i get local servers and it works perfectly. but on her system if we search a game the search system jumps to 200ping directly and it doesnt allow her to search any local servers. if she connects to me i search a game them we dont get any local games. i have changed the network cable. re-installed windows and the game but no luck. we have also changed the region settings and that also didn't help. this happens on DMZ, warzone and MWII Multiplayer.

Are you both trying to play from the same game and account or from two separate, purchased, games? Pretty sure you both cannot play on the same account at the same time on two separate devices.
