Xbox Live Looking for an Active Clan for Call of Duty Modern warfare

I play a lot of call of Duty, and I'm cool with competitive or casual. But what I'm looking for is a "Active" clan. In terms, if you post you get a response back and don't have to wait for a response after 4 hours or a week. I'm looking into a clan that wants to recruit and wants players to join and be active. That's what I'm thirsting for, if you say your a clan that's Active but don't reply and make us wait for 1 hour then to me your not active. I've been in a bunch of clans, and came with the same result. " They are not Active, Even if they say they are. " I'll put my time and effort for your clan, I'll be on everyday, and I'll do my damn best to recruit people.
