DMZ PLEA FOR HELP

So, apparently, the is an option to "Plea For Help" after getting killed. You hit the magical, and as yet unknown, key and players around you, even the scumb...er... operator who killed you can bring you back to life..

I see the value of this as it provides more in-game amity and comity and allows those like me who play solo to have a second chance at life.. I guess it ALSO means I can't lay into the LUS... er.. Operators who kill me. At least until I am sure they are going to leave my bones to bleach in the desert..

Of course Activision provides absolutely ZERO documentation on how to set this up and there is nothing in the keybinds that says PLEA or HELP....

So, once again, Activision makes the game as UN-FUN as they possibly can...

I see it all the time when killed and it also states what key to press when the options appear at the bottom of your screen.

yea, I don't see it.. And I can't find any mention of it in the KeyBinds..

I think it might be a function of the PING/JOIN TEAM menu.. But once I am dead, I don't have ANY option to push ANY key..

It should be at the bottom of the ping wheel. It won't be part of the wheel itself.

KeyBind should probably be re-named to reflect it's true intent..

From what I have seen, you use your interact key (F) and then the options will come up but......you have to do this within 10 seconds is my understanding. I will have to try it out sometime.

I have tried it (holding down my INTERACT (E) key while downed and immediately after death... No luck..

SOMEONE doesn't want me calling for help! hehehe

I think maybe you have to get killed/downed by an Operator to be able to use the PLEA FOR HELP/BEG FOR MERCY option...

I'm on PC and it doesn't work. Doesn't work when I'm in solo, doesn't work when in a squad, doesn't work when the whole squad is dead, doesn't work when I'm the only one of the squad that is dead. Interact key doesn't work, neither does the ping wheel, Even smashing my mouse into the keyboard multiple times with considerable force doesn't work. fml

How?? And what were the circumstances?? Most notably, were you killed by an NPC??

not sure but i know if you use it you are asking for anyone to save you and if someone besides a teammate does it you disconnect from your team and i think i bacame part of the team that saved me. its only been a couple times and i think it has to be a certain circumtance because while you are dying it will come up to push f i think. if it doesnt show up then its not an option.

when it comes up it tells you which key to push i think it is f. i just used it this morning but no one saved me
