Pop up on screen and game play

Okay, maybe it's my blonde showing but I can't figure out how to get this pop up (see picture) to disappear from my screen on Xbox one. Home button makes it disappear but it shows anytime I'm running the game. Not sure how I managed to get it on there but any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you!

That looks like an achievements notification, I'm a PC player so I don't see that.

XBox games have XBox Achievements, there is most likely going to be a way to turn off or acknowledge this notifications.

That was it, Thank you! I had the achievement tracker turned on. Apparently I was looking everywhere but those settings. Thanks again!
