Problem 1st Day on PS5

Hi, Just started the game today on PS5, always do campaign first, since many in the series before, suppose it could be new game new console thing, but...playing campaign, did some, left game after an hour, came back to resume. clicked on resume mission, then it tells me item not installed, "campaign" press X to install missing item, it goes back to message before, missing item. can't get past it this time. Did it earlier and said something about sync, then it did something and it was ok, until this time, don't know what to do, wants to install campaign again, but you get nowhere, just round and round. frustrating
