Rage-Xbox One backwards compatible issues

I recently bought a copy of Rage after it became backwards compatible on the Xbox One. I noticed that for some reason, only the first disc is compatible and playable, and the game has moments of audio dropout, and then stuttering (proceeding quite slowly). I got up to Capital Prime, and the stuttering got so bad I can't finish the game. I bought the Scorchers DLC, since it's supposed to fix some bugs, but nothing happened. I used CleanDr, showing that the audio and video hookups are good, the Xbox One is in good condition, as are the discs. What's the problem? Can it be fixed? Is there a patch?

Not much has changed since. I did download a DLC, and it helped somewhat. I can finish the game now. But the problems still persist. Sad to see nothing is being done.
