Rebirth YES ... br NO...!!!

Hi, i have a strange issue in COD mw ! In last two days i can play normally any Rebirth game and i can find match under 75ms BUT...... i can’t find any BR match even up to 124ms!!
I have cleared game and battlenet cache, i reinstalled battlenet, i have scanned and repaired game files but nothing!!
Any suggestion?
