Does anyone else have the same problem as me, when you look down its like blue sky but its only on this map

So its a map clitch, hope they fix it, play the map and don't look down

I recall having this issue once in awhile when I use to map for WaW. As I recall it has something to do with the patches used for the terrain. Easily fixed and hopefully they will do that.
