S&D rage.. WHY?!

I'm so sick of this, just had to get this out fast; did a quick search and couldn't find any other threads for this.

I play Search & destroy every day, it's my favorite game mode. But there is one thing that is bothering me more and more:
There is this one type of guy in nearly every match: The whole match they lie down somewhere(either a good hiding place or not at all) and holds a EMP/shock/black hat ready. Then they are killed. The same thing happens the next round. And the one after that..
Why... Just why?

Camping is one thing, they usually kill someone. These people just lie there, without doing anything. Why do they play the game if they're only going to lie there? And why isn't other people bothered by this?

Hm. Maybe they want to be the last man/woman standing? I don't know. S&D matches have a time limit, so they pretty much win the match even if they go negative (not killing anyone). Find them and kill 'em.

Or maybe they're scared of being killed in a S&D match.

Yeah,maybe so.. But the thing that drives me crazy is that they are often holding a shock charge/black hat in their hand, like they are ready to toss it out. They don't do that.. They keep holding on to it. If they don't have a tactical grenade, they keep pressing the button so that "No tacticals equipped" flashing on the screen.. It's so weird that so many people do this, there has to be something that makes them do this meaningless thing?!

Ninja defusing for the most part. Waiting for the bomb to be planted and then trying to sneak up and defuse it while enemies are still alive. Either that or hiding tactics. Just two things that got popular on YouTube back in the day and some kids still think it's fun to do.

Yeah I know about that and are very careful with it. But the thing that bothers me are those who just lies there as the last man alive, even with the bomb ticking. Often they lie far away from the bomb as well. Probably just trolls though.

I got an answer on another forum. Turns out; if you hold a shock charge, or a tac grenade in your hand while you are prone- you look kinda dead, and other players wont notice you that well.

Hm. Interesting. I haven't come across these kinds of folks, so I apologize if I couldn't answer your question.

Ninja Defusing has skyrocketed and Treyarch/Infinityward even put animations on the characters while the hold tactical equipment, I believe in MW2 the character would be completely still so no movement at all. But seeing how it would be unfair to have a character wave his hands up and down..this is the kinda of lobbies everyone deals with now.

Yep but I'm very aware of it now, so I usually spot them. Fucking cowards.. Yeah I have seen the animations, I use to stand behind them for a while before I take them down, and one can easily see that there is movement. It's great that they try to do something about it, but I can't understand why they don't focus more on the quickscoping. The ninjas are actually possible to spot and avoid, but the quickscopers are worse imo.
