Switched from PS5 to PC and now screen is foggy!

I'm hoping someone can help. I had heard good things about switching from PS5 to PC for MW3 but my video sucks. It's all foggy. I've tried all sorts fo settings and can't seem to clear it up. I have an NVIDEA RTX3090 graphics card with 24gb of VRAM and have tried both types of outputs to my monitor which didn't help. My system is intel i7 490 CPU running at 3.60 ghz and it has 16gb of memory.

Make sure that in your Nvidia control panel and on your monitor (possibly) that G-SYNC is turned on.
