Textures changing/map disappearing/lights flickering/low FPS/stuttering/freezing

I paid $60 for this game and it's completely unplayable. Not even close. I've been trying to fix it for the past 2 days non stop. I've tried almost everything that's available online. Part of me thinks they BARELY tested this game on PC before the released it. They probably only tested it on the most high end PC's with all new parts.

I don't know what to do. Here are the issues I'm having.

Textures of all objects, including player models, constantly changing and disappearing. Example:

Lights flickering:

and I'm getting very low FPS (30-120) with tons of stuttering and screen freezes.

I have an ASUS STRIX Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 SC, i5 7600k, 16gb ddr3 RAM.

Couldn't figure out how to edit my post. I just also wanted to add that the CoD BO CW reddit page will not allow me to post this there. I think they got flooded with PC players trying to post about glitches and bugs and the moderators just remove them. I never even posted on their reddit before.

It's the same on ps4 if that's any consolation , I'd like to try it on ps5 but we'll you know how that goes !

On the daily this game literally shuts off my Xbox one, never had it happen until now.
