I had 60 used one on the juganaut mission, quite fun, l managed to get one star and couldn’t be bothered to try again lol

Mine just sticks at 49 no matter how many new tickets I earn.

I think you can only earn tickets while completing battle pass, so if you’ve done that then that’ll be why.
