The ATV in the Black Out mode has a "health" of sorts. So, whatever you do, don't damage it too much - that includes watch how you drive the vehicle, if you ram it too hard, it'll cause damage to the vehicle. If you drop it off a cliff, same idea. If you shoot at it, it will cause damage.
