I had a great day on supply drops yesterday (Bear Fist and Obsidian steed) just to remind you all. lol.
But here is the moan. I have just watched a youtuber open 117 Advanced supply drops, that's about $180, just to get the speakeasy! Yes, Activision are a money making company, but in my opinion the whole point of Supply Drops has been lost, those drops are what keep us playing, not knowing what we will get next. Why implement something that counteracts one of the best aspects of the game? This Youtuber was Like "OMG, I got a speakeasy", well you Muppet it turned into a $180 fictional gun in a $60 game, how proud your parents must be!
Activision, listen. I have 40 Elite guns and 47 other Elite items (No duplicate's), because I have played a lot of hours and opened a lot of Supply drops and I thought the point of video games was not just about the money, but to keep gamers playing the game. I see nothing wrong with DLC or MircoDLC, I have Camo's, Exo's and Maps that I paid for, because I wanted them and could not get them ingame. But paying for ingame items just so you don't have to keep playing to get them? Where's the sense?
Right moan over, thanks for listening! lmao
