Zombie matchmaking

Why do I have problems connecting to ANY zombies game. It literally takes about 3/4 of an hour just to join one game and even then it often doesn't work. Someone please help!
 
How fast is your Internet and what is your NAT? I used to have the same problem until I got faster 30MBPS internet and Opened my NAT. Also what are your search preferences set to?
