I've got a crazy Idea for Black Ops IV. If it ever happens.

It's the year 2085, and Robots have almost completely replaced humans on the Battlefield, you get to play as a robot, who, in a shocking twist on the Robot scene from Black Ops III, is brutally beaten by a Human and gets his electrics ripped out. The Human is the Player from Black Ops III, and depending on what character you choosed in your BOIII savegame, this would be the Appearance of the character. If Ed Asner is still alive(I have Doubt and Hope), he should be the Main Villain. A Mechanic, portrayed by Liam Neeson, finds the robot and puts it back in order, the Robot is fully sentient ala Chappie or Ethan. You can paint the robot and customize it's Appearance. And fight against a group of Humans who are against Robots, as well as Robot on Robot warfare. Ed Asner, Liam Neeson and guest starring Usain Bolt.

I Think that the Rigs and Specialists feature should return in this game, with 12 types of Robots with a different play style, as well as 12 human specialists as well.

What do you think?

The Original series went past 3. And it could be renamed Call of Duty:Robotic Warfare. Even if the title sounds similar to Robot Wars.

World at War from what I understand was supposed to be the beginning of a new trilogy, but the reception for the game was a little mixed. But there was a lot of negative stigma with World War-type games.

Yes, you're right. World at War isn't part of the Black Ops trilogy by name, but it's part of the story arc of the Black Ops series. However, typically, Activision doesn't extend a game from 1-3 (trilogy) to 4 and beyond. The next Black Ops story won't be called "Call of Duty: Black Ops IV" but called something else, like you said. Just to give you an idea of what I meant: Black Ops 3 doesn't carry over most of the story Black Ops 2 had, but only some references to some characters or story period. All of it is in your mind. So, in theory, Black Ops 2 doesn't exist. Black Ops 3 is its own game. Its own story. This is probably what will happen in the next Treyarch game.

So Treyarch will do an Infinity Ward and make an original game similar to Infinite Warfare? A new Sub Series? I would love a Subseries involving Robots at war or something. Or they will perhaps make World At War 2. Who knows.

We're headed towards "Robots at War" since TitanFall 2's story is going there. Black Ops 2/3 hints towards this, as well. World at War 2 is unlikely because Activision never re-visits a sub-franchise after it's done. All we know is history. Everything at this point is speculative, but history points to new series.

That would be awesome, I want Liam Neeson in it, as he had a good role in Narnia and Fallout 3. Ed Asner is unlikely, as no offence, but he'll probably be dead by the time the game comes out, not to be horrible or anything. I would love Robotic Warfare or something.
