Hey my friend and I started a clan devoted to young gamers like ourselves (teens). The idea is to have a smaller, closely knit team of young players that could develop together to become a more serious and better team as we get older. But we have been plagued with players who aren’t serious and those who are tend to be older.

If you have any tips on how to recruit people our age who are more serious or just any tips on how to run this clan, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Yes before you recruit ask for age and get to know them a little bit better if they are more serious and are actually interested in putting the work then ask them for more serious questions. After that discussion it with your other higher ups about them actually joining from there you should be good
