Blue Triangle

When you're in the lobby getting ready for a match to start and some player has a "Blue Triangle" over his head, would that indicate a player you blocked? Also, where can you find a list of players that you have blocked?

If you go to your FRIENDS REQUEST screen (F1 on PC) you'll see all the people who want to be yer friend..

In that screen there is also a box to click on for BLOCKED PLAYERS...
