Custom loadout stays locked

Hi,
I recently bought MW2 in discount.
I'm currently level 20 but my custom loadout stays locked.
I tried:
- reboot pc and play 6 levels
- scan and repair, restart game and played 6 levels
Issue stays the same. Contacted Activision support on twitter but not help at all.
Any ideas?

It just says I need to get to level 4 lol, but I'm now already at level 36

lol yeah i dont why its doing that.

besides levels are there any challenges you have to do to go with level thats the only thing i could think of.

Nah you just need level 4 that is all. I contacted Activision support but I don't get a response back

probably wont either. is that the only one that does it,have you tried other weapons to check if they unlock.
