This is a PSA to anyone registering to CoD Forums. I have been receiving reports of users not being able to receive email on the new server. However, this is not something I have caused. I think this is a server issue, rather than the "owner" issue. For example, the recipient email address was Bellsouth, for some reason - the IP address I use for the server is blacklisted by bellsouth.
In this case, I ask you to use a different e-mail address. I never spam, I never solicit users, I never beg users. I learned it the hard way for many years.
Every two weeks I periodically delete accounts that sit in "awaiting confirmation e-mail," because it's just gonna be sitting in there in perpetuity. We are getting very close to that 20,000 members milestone. I will then begin to purge any account with zero posts. They're just sitting there doing nothing.
So, make sure that your account is in tip top, good standing.
To recap: If your email address is not receiving emails from this website, look for it in your spam folder. And if it still does not appear, please use a different mail server.
