Why does every update cause Multiplayer and Warzone Etc all need to be redownloded? this is getting stupid. should not be happening.

The re-downloads only happens with large updates. So, if you haven't played since Season 1, like i did... the game "re-downloads" and proceeds with following updates. Shadow Siege was actually 3GB. And Season 5 reloaded is 50GB. So basically you actually downloaded Season 5.
You "re-download" is actually Activision's DRM running in the background. Stupid, I know.
Activision needs to re-think how their DRM works. This is not fun, nor funny.

my brother and i both have been playing since season 1, so i dont understand, thats is bs
My brother has been playing since Warzone 2.0 came out, and THEY STILL require the goddamn DISC to RUN Warzone 2!

i had to uninstall the MW game that it was linked to as i downloaded it from disc too, but i uninstalled the disc file for it and redownloaded WZ and it worked
I did that, too... but somehow the Warzone 2 files asked for the MW2 files, and he always goes for my DISC.

did you only uninstall mw or did you uninstall and redownload WZ 2 as well? im not sure theres a lot of problems with CoD that just get looked over needs to be taken in and fixed tbh
