As far as I know, there isn't a beta for Black Ops 2.

Hope not that would mean we would have to listen to people hate on the game before its released!
We will hear from U.S. players on what the consensus is in just 6-7 days from now.
Some players got their hands on Black Ops 2 at GamesCom recently, and GameStop is holding an expo 6-7 days from now in Texas.
