Call of Duty on Windows 11 + GeForce GTX 4060/4070 graphics

I have Call of Duty installation CD's and DVD's of COD United Offensive, COD 2, World at War, MW, MW2, etc plus a Steam account and wondering if these older DirecX 9.0c games will run on Windows 11 with a GeForce RTX 4060/4070 graphics. Please advise, thanks.

The GPU and Windows are not the problem. Don't know if these games run under DirecX9.0! But you should be able to simulate a window for these games.
