BO6 crashing series x

when I try to open cod bo6 it freezes in the multiplayer selection screen. It then crashes the game to the home screen or sometimes it crashes the whole Xbox into rebooting. I have already gone through all of the suggestions restarting, uninstalling, clearing the cache… on and on. I even mailed it in to Microsoft for testing and they said it is completely fine. This is the only game that’s doing this, everything else seems to be fine. Has anyone else seen this and does anyone know how to fix it? link to unlisted video of this happening.

Seriously, just play something else. I'm having crash problems too, again! I think the game is just junk! I reckon if Activision were commissioned to move Irish traffic to driving on the right, they'd start with cars and if it worked, they'd move lorries and buses over afterwards! Every time they touch it, things seem to get worse.

Any resolution? Tried all the reboot fixes, cleared the cache, reinstalled game multiple times, and last night reset xbox to default but keep games/apps. Problem still exists. Sometimes the freeze and crash is immediate and others delayed. Will try removing expansion memory
