    I'm willing to bet its your single ram not being dual channel. Like 90%. single channel will kill you in this game. I see your running 2x8 gigs in 1 channel also? why. Put one of them in the other channel.

    I hit a guy on the run 20 feet away from me with an RPG dude didn't even die. So I disagree saying it will take out a sniper.

    I would try and reinstall the Graphics driver, delete the old one under Custom. don't do express. see if that works. Or try to go in options and reinstall the shaders.

    Have you gone into device manage, and disabled the other card. I had to do that on my Laptop it kept trying to use my IGPU card . so I went and disabled it. WORKED FINE AFTER THAT
