4 Character Tags not Available

I am playing on Xbox One with digital download and i am unable to make a 4 character tag for my character in the customization screen. The Tags selection isnt even in there. I only have Emblem and Card. Any help would be wonderful!!!

I think it's kind of like BO2 where you have to be at a certain level to unlock it. Ghosts has it too.

I am lvl 47...I dont think so. I have friends that were able to do it right when they opened the box

Hm. Either it's a bug, or you entered the wrong 4 letter clan name....?

I don't even have the ability to enter a tag...the selection isn't there like other peoples games

I think I know why. I said it before, too... it's kind of like Ghosts. If you have an android, iphone, or something like that, find the Call of Duty app (Advanced Warfare version).

Unfortunately this is not the cure. As I mentioned, in other players versions there is a third selection under customizations: Emblem, Character Card and Tag. My version is missing tag. It's gotta be a bug. The only problem is that I can't find any info in the interwebs.

Ps, I also have the COD AW app for android and you can't do anything for clan tag on it.

In digital, there were a bunch of problems with the digital versions of the game at launch and you were affected.

I am going to tweet this to Sledgehammer Games in hopes of getting this fixed for you.

Ah see that explains it. I do have the digital version. Well at least I know I'm not alone.
