Accessories Bug

Just was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same issues I'm having with the "Accessories?" Issues being is that the game "thinks" that I have something new I need to check in the accessories, yet there is nothing new to be acquired. I have the green indicator that is on all the time, and I have no idea if there is a workaround or I need to wait around until the devs find a fix. Suggestions/Ideas?

I've been getting it with operators, I've checked through every unlocked operator but can't find which one has a new unlock or new mission to complete in order to unlock something new.
