Hi all,
I have been in contact with the support team for over a week now to no avail.
They have redirected me here saying this is the only way to get in contact with the actual tech team.
I have an issue where no matter what i do, i cannot login or create an account as activision/blizzard have flagged me as a bot.
Desperately need help please contact me.
Current steps i have tried:
Logging in on multiple browsers
Logging in with incognito in each separate browser
Using different devices to login on separate browsers with incognito
Using different methods of connecting to the internet ( mobile date (2 separate sims (different carriers)) and regular home internet) on separate devices/browsers etc
The only thing i can see i haven't tried is moving to a new location.
even when trying to create a new account i still get flagged with "this is for humans only"
I have never had this issue before and have had my account since COD Ghosts so not sure what has changed.
Can someone help resolve this, its been excruciating.
I have attached the latest correspondence with the support team which has led me here.
As seen in the attached image, they have told me to try a few things which i had already done prior to raising the ticket. Also they mention resetting my password, however this email never came through.
This leads me to believe there might be a block between my area and their servers? Not sure really. Just want this resolved please.
