All my skins items and setups are gone

Logged in the game today, my operator skins (paid) are gone and I am left with the default ones, my setups are still there if I enter the weapons menu, but when the round starts I can only play one weapon no matter the setup II choose. What is wrong with this game? We pay a lot of money on it, we buy in game purchases, we spend time in the game, and we get this? Developers need to reconsider their aproach on this. It is getting worse and worse as time goes by.

Same. Reset to level 1 no Battlepass nothing.

Same for me, all my guns are showing Level 1, still have attachments unlocked but all my camos are gone. I've also been reset to level 1 (down from 387) and have the same default operator skin despite it showing that my paid skins are unlocked and equipped. I'm afraid to play a game in case it makes the changes permanent.

Same here. Ony one weapon to use. Only one skin to use. Can't direct cruise missiles down to the ground.

If this is not fixed soon, I will have no choice but to sit patiently and wait for it to be fixed. Don't make me do that!

They fixed the issues. All good at the moment. I hope the devs will powerup the aim assist on console players, so they are not mad. Just like a bonus, I hope they don t need to ADS and press fire, just press fire and kill everyone. That would be ok!
